Using the tools
The Tradesman Trust Audit™, Market Rate Calculator™ and other tools provide estimates and guidance based on the information you enter. They are educational, not financial, legal or licensing advice.
Rate estimates
Rate outputs are directional benchmarks adjusted for region, trade, experience, structure and credentials. Your real number depends on your overhead and billable hours. You are responsible for the prices you set.
Templates and documents
Contracts, change orders, warranties and other templates are starting points. Laws vary by state and municipality — have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review any document before you rely on it.
Products and refunds
Digital products are licensed to you for use in your own business and may not be resold or redistributed. Coaching is offered by application and governed by the agreement provided at enrollment.
Integrity Standard™ certification
Certification is earned through completion and evaluation, is renewed periodically, and may be suspended or revoked if standards are not maintained. Marks may only be used by contractors with current certification.
